Ethics Reporting Channel

SOCÍAS Y ROSSELLÓ, S.L. ETHICS WHISTLEBLOWING CHANNEL OPERATING RULES Purpose: The objective of this channel is the receipt, retention, and processing of reports concerning irregularities or breaches of regulations committed by employees or the company. This is a confidential communication channel between clients, suppliers, shareholders, and other parties linked to Socías y Rosselló, S.L., and the Management of the Company. Scope of Reports Any potential irregularity or breach related to financial, accounting, commercial, or compliance practices committed by employees or the company may be reported. Who Can Submit Reports Reports may be submitted by employees, clients, suppliers, or other third parties linked to the company. Protection of the Whistleblower The following protections are guaranteed: Confidentiality of personal data of individuals affected by the information provided, particularly the identity of the person reporting the facts, if they have been identified. No retaliation for having submitted a report or for participating, where applicable, in the investigation process. Protection of the Reported Party The following protections are guaranteed: The reported party will be informed within a maximum of three months of receiving the report, that their personal data has been collected through this channel, the facts under investigation, the departments or third parties involved, and how to exercise their rights of access and rectification, while legally safeguarding the whistleblower’s identity and other applicable protections, except in cases where the whistleblower acted in bad faith. Submission of Reports Reports can be submitted via the Socías y Rosselló, S.L. website by completing the attached form, which will be sent to the Whistleblowing Channel. Reports will be received by the Chief Financial Officer and the Human Resources Director, who, after reviewing the report and depending on the nature of the facts reported, will either forward it to the relevant department or take any appropriate legal action. Gremio Herreros 38 07009 Palma de Mallorca Protection of Personal Data The identity and confidentiality of individuals affected by the information provided will be preserved. Access to the data contained in these systems is limited exclusively to those responsible for internal control and compliance functions. However, access may be lawfully granted to others, or even disclosed to third parties, when necessary for disciplinary measures or for handling legal proceedings as appropriate. Maximum Retention Period: Data of the person submitting the report, as well as of employees and third parties, will be retained in the whistleblowing system only for as long as necessary to determine whether an investigation should be initiated regarding the reported facts. In any case, after three months from the entry of the data, it must be deleted from the whistleblowing system, unless the purpose of retention is to provide evidence of the operation of the company’s crime prevention model. After this three-month period, the data may continue to be processed by the body responsible for investigating the reported facts, but it will no longer be stored in the internal whistleblowing information system.
