1. Right of Withdrawal for End Consumers
For purchases made through our website by end consumers, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within fourteen (14) calendar days without providing any reason. The 14-day period will begin from the day the customer takes possession of the product.
The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases where the customer has purchased a customized product.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that the communication regarding the exercise of the right is sent before the expiration of the corresponding period.
If the customer withdraws from an online purchase, they must return the product to Socías y Rosselló within a maximum of 14 calendar days from exercising the right of withdrawal. The return shipping costs to our company will be borne by the customer.
The purchased product must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and in the same packaging in which it was delivered.
Socías y Rosselló will refund, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal communication and the returned goods, all payments received from the customer in relation to the purchase, including shipping costs (except for additional costs resulting from the customer choosing a shipping method other than the least expensive standard shipping offered). The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the customer unless another method has been agreed upon. No fees will be charged to the customer for the refund. Socías y Rosselló may withhold part of the refund until we verify that the returned product is in perfect condition.
In the case of a partial withdrawal, i.e., when the customer wishes to return one or more items from a single order, it is possible; however, shipping costs will not be refunded since a flat rate applies per order.
The customer must send or deliver the merchandise immediately and, in any case, no later than fourteen (14) days from the date the customer informed us of the withdrawal. The return must be made to one of the following addresses:

2. Exchanges or Returns
Socías y Rosselló offers an exchange or return guarantee (at the company’s discretion) within 15 days of purchase, upon presentation of the invoice, exclusively for products that the company normally has in stock.
To qualify for this guarantee, products must be in their original packaging, unused, in perfect condition, and undamaged. Perishable products and special orders made or requested by the customer according to their specifications are excluded. This guarantee is without prejudice to the legal warranty for defective products and the customer’s statutory right of withdrawal.
Shipping costs originally paid by the customer will not be refunded in the case of an exchange or return.
